Chapter I · In which a coin is struck and carries its own hook
Strike a coin. It carries its own hook.
Every coin struck here is the Uniswap v4 hook of its own pool. No separate contract tolls the trade: the coin does, a flat 1% in ETH, off the top of a buy and out of a sell's proceeds, and it keeps that toll inside Uniswap as a claim, booked into three tills, until each payee taps their own. The whole supply sits in one position from the opening tick down; its NFT is held by the Forgely vault wallet, open, and every page reads it live. Strike an ingot to begin one, or read how it works.

How it works
Three things, struck in one transaction.
I
The coin is the hook
A Uniswap v4 pool can name a hook contract that runs before and after every swap. On Forgely the coin is that contract: one body that is an ERC-20 with permit, the hook of its own pool, and three tills. It is struck at an address that carries its own permission flags, its owner is the zero address from the first block, and nothing can be pointed at it but its home pool.
II
The toll waits in the tills
Every swap pays a flat 1% of its ETH side: off the top of a buy, out of a sell's proceeds, never in coins and never from the pool. The toll is not sent anywhere. The coin mints itself an ERC-6909 claim for it inside Uniswap and books it into three tills: smith 80%, hall 10%, house 10%. Only a till's payee can tap it, and tapping is the only way out.
III
The vault holds the root
The whole supply goes into one position from the opening tick down to the floor, and its NFT is minted to the Forgely vault wallet, an ordinary account. Not burned, not locked: the vault can pull it, add to it or pass it on through Uniswap, and the coin's hook will not stop it. Every page reads the position live and says whether it is intact. Trade with that in mind.

The vault
The liquidity is a token, and the vault holds it.
When an ingot is struck, the forge puts the whole supply into a single Uniswap v4 position and mints that position's NFT to the Forgely vault wallet, in the same transaction. The vault is an ordinary wallet: it can pull the liquidity, add to it or pass the NFT on, and nothing in the coin stands in the way. That is not hidden; it is read off the chain, here, for every ingot, and a buyer should know it before they buy.

Anyone may strike. Name a coin, give it a picture and a line, and strike it in one transaction: the coin its own hook, the pool open at 1.74 ETH, the root in the vault.
no fee to strike · no permission to ask · no owner above you · 80% of the toll is yours
